The firm is a private industrial company engaged in the provision of greenhouses and equipment principally in Spain. The company was incorporated in the year 1996. The registered head office of the company is located in Dos Hermanas, Spain. The firm provides, in addition to greenhouses and equipment, technical management of all the activities necessary to introduce and develop a project, ranging from technical management of the assembly, by MSC personnel, to an advisory service on cultivation and marketing, in addition to training. MSC greenhouses offer an alternative to traditional intensive agriculture, allowing the safe, efficient management of a farm in accordance with modern business practice, from the traditional idea of the earth where a crop can be harvested only once a year and yield is unpredictable, to conceiving greenhouses as factories, fully operative 24 hours a day and with a yield which can be calculated, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
