This Spanish company is engaged in the wholesale distribution and marketing of food for food retailers, supermarkets, hotels and foodservice businesses. It was established in July of 1957. Its registered head office is located in Marcilla, in the province of Navarra, with sales units in Sevilla and Pamplona. The company offers a wide range of products including pre-cooked frozen pasta, precooked rice (white rice, wild rice mix, exotic basmati rice, and yellow rice), frozen vegetables, precooked vegetables, grilled vegetables, vegetable mixes, fresh-frozen fruits (fresh fruit salad, fruit sauce, exotic fruit mixes, red fruit mixes, fruit purees, etc.), seasoning (quick frozen herbs and pungent flavor enhancers) and vegetable snacks. Its goal is to provide its customers with products that meet the highest safety and quality standards in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Belgium's Ardo NV, a specialist in frozen vegetables. As head of the Ardo Group, the latter has approximately 14 production/packing units in eight European countries. Each year it export approximately 480,000 tons of fruits, vegetables, pasta and rice to 52 countries.
